Online Private Robotics Starter Class

Give your child a personalized, one-on-one adventure into the world of STEM! This private (1-on-1) lesson is perfectly tailored to your child’s pace and curiosity, combining the hands-on fun of building with the exciting first steps of coding.

This is a fully interactive, hands-on class. Your child will use their own robotics kit (required) while the instructor guides them personally through our live video call.

In this private lesson, your child will:

• BUILD: Work with their instructor to build fun, simple robots with real motors and gears.
• CODE: Learn the magic of coding! Using an intuitive, icon-based, drag-and-drop platform (similar to ScratchJr), they will learn how to bring their physical robot to life.
• LEARN: Program their robot to move, light up, and react, learning the fundamentals of sequencing, logic, and problem-solving.

The one-on-one format is perfect for this age group, as our instructor can provide undivided attention, help guide their mouse clicks, and celebrate their “aha!” moments. It’s a frustration-free way to build confidence and a love for technology.

Required Materials: A $60 reusable robotics kit (one-time purchase + shipping extra) is required for this class. The kit will be mailed to you upon registration and can be used for almost 12  sessions. Please register at least one week in advance to allow for shipping.
