Spring Camp Magnolia (April 7-9 )

Spring Camp – An exciting and engaging camp experience for children ages 5–10 years, running from April 7-9, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day. Students will be divided into two groups based on their age and experience.

The Curriculum: Engineering the Future. This is a high-intensity, hands-on program designed to take students from “users” to “creators.” We focus on the logic behind the machine.

Day 1: Hardware Engineering & Sensor Logic 🤖
Students dive into the anatomy of a robot. We explore how infrared, ultrasonic, and touch sensors allow machines to “see” and interact with the world.

Activity: Building autonomous navigation systems.

Day 2: Applied Coding & Algorithm Design 💻
Moving beyond simple blocks. Students learn how to write efficient code to solve complex environmental challenges.

Activity: Programming logic-based “Mission Challenges” using loops, variables, and conditional statements.

Day 3: Rapid Prototyping & The Grand Challenge 🏆
Combining coding with physical engineering. Students use 3D Design (CAD) to create custom components for their robots to complete a final, high-stakes engineering course.

Activity: The Founder’s Showcase—Students present their final builds and explain their troubleshooting process to the group.
