No two parties are the same
Our first birthday bash, October 2026: badges designed and pressed, slime stretched as far as it would go, robots chasing balloons, pizza, and goody bags of 3D-printed characters to take home. Yours can be robots, games, crafts or a mix of everything, shaped around what the birthday child loves.

Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:30–4:30 PM or 6:00–8:00 PM. Book at least 14 days ahead and pay at checkout; a booked slot is gone from the list. Holiday weekends are closed: call or email us to ask about one.

Before you book
What does a party cost?
$429 for up to 12 children, pizza included: a launch price for bookings made by Thursday, December 31, against the regular $549. Each extra child is $35, up to 15. Washington sales tax is added.
When can we have a party?
Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:30–4:30 PM or 6:00–8:00 PM, with time between parties to reset the lab. Book at least 14 days ahead, for any weekend through June 2027. Holiday and long weekends are closed; if you have your heart set on one, or need a date sooner, email info@aiarobo.com or call (425) 405-0128 and we'll see if we can make it work.
How do we book?
Pick a slot and the number of children above, and pay at checkout. The slot is yours the moment the payment goes through, and nobody else can book it. We'll then be in touch to hear what the birthday child loves and about any allergies.
What will the children do?
Whatever suits the birthday child. Building and racing robots, designing custom badges, making slime and party games are all favourites, and we plan the mix with you. At our first party the guests made badges and slime and went home with 3D-printed characters.
Is there a discount for families already with us?
Yes. Founding families, families enrolled in After-School Enrichment, Little Innovators or STEAM Club, take 20% off: enter your founding-member code at payment, under "Add promotion code".
Who is it for, and how many can come?
Ages 5 to 12, up to 15 children with the birthday child. Guests don't need to have done anything like it before; we start every activity from scratch.
Do parents stay?
There's no need: it's a drop-off party and our instructors run all two hours. Drop the guests off at the start and collect them at the end.
What about food, cake and allergies?
We provide pizza for every child, so please don't bring other food. The exception is the birthday cake or cupcakes, from a bakery and nut-free. Tell us about allergies and we'll plan the food around them.
What if we need to change or cancel?
You can move the party free up to 14 days before, to any slot we have open. Cancel 14 or more days before and we refund everything except $150. Within 14 days of the party, it can't be refunded.
